Chocolate & Cheese - Teambuilding While Indulging the Palate
This uniquely "foodie" team building activity begins with a beverage of your choice and a selection of handcrafted artisan cheeses. Your guests have an opportunity to nosh, mingle and meet their chefs while listening to upbeat music personalized to your group's taste.
Your Lead Chef will talk about the origins, styles and tasting profiles of various cheeses from around the world followed by a ricotta-making demonstration. Following a lively interactive cooking demonstration, your group will work together to create hearty appetizers and desserts using chocolate and cheese in delicious pairings.
Guests are then invited to relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor while your chef leads you through a multi-sensory tasting of a variety of chocolates. You will learn the language and basics of chocolate tasting and distinguish between different cacao varietals, chocolate percentages and chocolate makers.
A 2 1/2-hour event, A Feast of Chocolate and Cheese is not only about indulging your palate, but about building teamwork and camaraderie your group can take back to the office.
