Your guests have an opportunity to nosh, mingle and meet their chefs while listening to upbeat music personalized to your group’s taste.
Your Lead Chef will talk about the origins, styles and tasting profiles of various cheeses from around the world followed by a ricotta-making demonstration. By emphasizing taste and texture, your taste-buds will be forever awakened to terms like smooth, tangy, salty, nutty, buttery, sharp and fruity, when allured by a wedge or a wheel of cheese! Following a lively interactive cooking demonstration, featuring tips such as How to Dice an Onion without a tear, your chef will divide the group into teams to create tapas-style appetizers and desserts using chocolate and cheese in delicious pairings. Guests are then invited to relax and enjoy the delicious fruits of their labor while your Lead chef leads you through a multi-sensory tasting of a variety of chocolates. You will learn the language and basics of chocolate tasting and distinguish between different cacao varietals, chocolate percentages and chocolate makers.
