Follow along as our chefs share tips and tricks for selecting and utilizing seasonal ingredients from the Farmer’s Market in everyday cooking. Then grab an apron for a hands-on cooking lesson, where you’ll use fresh summer ingredients in recipes with Californian-International flair. Wine provided by tuttifoodie.com.
Guests will then be treated to a lively introductory cooking lesson by the Parties That Cook chefs featuring tips such as the fastest way to dice an onion without a tear. Guests will be split into teams and work on a recipe from the evening's tapas menu, all while sipping wine and listening to upbeat music.
