  • Warm Chocolate Budino with Salted Caramel
  • Baby Polenta Cakes with Raspberry Coulis and Amaretto Cream
  • Individual Almond Butter Cakes with Coconut Cream Frosting and Glazed Almonds
  • Strawberry and Rhubarb Empanadas with Brown Sugar Whipped Crème Fraiche
  • Chocolate Nut Pies with Graham Cracker Crust, Soft Chantilly Cream and Raspberries

Once the teams have completed a 2-hour communications workshop with Executive Business Coach, Starla Sireno, they will have 60 minutes to wield their culinary prowess and demonstrate communication skills and teamwork in the kitchen. Each team will submit a plated meal for judging according to taste, seasoning, appearance, texture as well as the originality of the dish, plate presentation and teamwork. The winning team is awarded a special prize, not to mention bragging rights in the office.
