San Francisco, CA August 23, 2011 - Want to experience true farm-to-table dining, but don’t know where to start? Dinner will be as fresh as it gets with Parties That Cook’s outdoor farm-to-table cooking class held at Canvas Ranch in Petaluma, Calif. on Saturday, September 17, 2011, from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Before preparing dinner using farm-fresh ingredients, guests will learn about fresh and local produce grown at Canvas Ranch with a tour of the 28-acre family-owned farm. Working together in teams with guidance from Parties That Cook’s professional chefs, guests will prepare and enjoy a seasonally inspired four-course dinner on the farm.

Tickets for the San Francisco Bay Area farm-to-table event are $135 per person and include a tour of Canvas Ranch, professional cooking instruction from experienced chefs, four-course dinner with farm-fresh ingredients, seated dinner service, copies of recipes and photos from the evening. Guests are asked to bring a bottle of wine to share with the group and must wear flat shoes for the farm tour.
