Ingredients:
1/4 cup strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
4 slices white bread
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons butter
Strawberries, maple syrup and powdered sugar for garnish
Methods/Steps:
Finely chop strawberries and combine with ricotta cheese and cream cheese using a fork. Spread 1/2 of the mixture between 2 slices of thin white bread. Whisk together eggs and milk in a dish for dipping. Dip sandwich on both sides into egg mixture. Melt butter in a non-stick pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with 2 more slices of bread and remaining strawberry mixture. Serve garnished with sliced strawberries and maple syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
