About this Cooking Class
Welcome to our Italian tratttoria! Join us in the Parties That Cook Kitchen for this hands-on cooking class where you will prepare a lovely rustic Italian meal together. Everyone will learn how to prepare pasta from scratch and roll it out just like an Italian grandmother. Our chef will also teach you some shortcuts that make homemade pasta a breeze! And you'll prepare two different sauces to go with the homemade Pappardelle Pasta: Mushroom Ragu and a Sage and Brown Butter Sauce. You'll round out the menu with a classic Caesar salad and a sweet ending of Poached Pears with Whipped Mascarpone.
We welcome your arrival at the Parties That Cook Kitchen with soft beverages.
Please bring a bottle (or two) of wine to enjoy and share with the group. No hard alcohol please. This is a BYOB event.
