About this Cooking Class
Come celebrate some of San Francisco's classic dishes! Join us in the Parties That Cook Kitchen as you learn to prepare dishes famously invented in the City by the Bay. Your chef will teach everyone how to create a sourdough starter (you'll get to take a starter home with you to experiment further) that we'll transform into warm-out-of-the-oven bread sticks served alongside an iconic Cioppino that is easier to make than you might think. You'll prepare a Green Goddess Salad (invented at the Palace Hotel in 1923) and a Meyer Lemon Ice Cream.
We welcome your arrival at the Parties That Cook Kitchen with soft beverages.
Please bring a bottle (or two) of wine to enjoy and share with the group. No hard alcohol please. This is a BYOB event.
