About this Cooking Class
Dreaming of Barcelona but stuck in San Francisco? Join us in the Parties That Cook Kitchen for a Spanish-inspired brunch cooking class! Our chef is excited to share favorite brunch items from Spain. You'll learn how to make a Chorizo and Potato Tortilla Espanola (and get ideas for your future brunch variations), and a crisp Shaved Apple Salad with Manchego Cheese and Marcona Almonds that you'll enjoy with a fresh squeezed Mimosa. This culinary trip to Spain will finish with our spin on a classic Spanish dessert of churros (who doesn't love fried dough?!) that is typically eaten for breakfast. You'll learn how to make the choux paste for the churro dough, how to extrude and fry this delicious brunch treat!
We welcome your arrival at the Parties That Cook Kitchen with soft beverages.
