About this Cooking Class
Sunday = Tamale Day! Come join us in the Parties That Cook Kitchen for a hands-on lesson in tamales. Our chef will guide you in making two kinds of tamales including a Chicken Mole Tamale and perfect for vegetarians Black Bean Tamale. You'll create a few salsas to complement and brighten up the tamales and you'll concoct our version of the perfect Sunday afternoon Michelada to wash it all down. Sounds like a perfect Sunday afternoon!
We welcome your arrival at the Parties That Cook Kitchen with soft beverages.
Please bring a bottle (or two) of wine to enjoy and share with the group. No hard alcohol please. This is a BYOB event.
