1/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 of a banana
3/4 cup light soymilk or low-fat milk
1 1/2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup shaved ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
