Upon arrival, guests will nosh on an antipasti platter of cheese and salumi while sipping your choice of delicious wines. You’ll learn the latest cooking techniques, experiment with exotic ingredients, and enjoy unforgettable dishes prepared with the finest seasonal produce. We are glad to provide for special dietary needs upon request. A premium protein option is available as well, including fresh seafood or premium beef for a $10 surcharge per person.
