Our Spring Menu reflects our chefs’ inspired selection of seasonal produce from the farmer’s market and the highest quality proteins from our purveyors for your Kitchen Challenge event. Our pantry is stocked with exciting ingredients to inspire each team to culinary success! The main ingredients you choose will be the foundation of a delicious meal your team prepares together in this Iron Chef-Style competition.

For the evening's sweet finale, please select ONE recipe from the options below:

  • Banana Soufflés with Coconut Caramel Sauce and Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • Tres Leches: Sponge Cake with Three Milks and Fresh Strawberries
  • Coconut Custard Wonton Stacks with Banana, Mango and Berries
  • Strawberry Rhubarb Crisps with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream^
  • Bittersweet Chocolate Torte with Raspberry Sauce^

Parties That Cook also provides an appetizer platter for your guests to enjoy upon arrival, before the cooking festivities begin.

The teams will have 60 minutes to wield their culinary prowess and submit a plated meal for judging. During the meal, the judges will assess the dishes submitted based on the following criteria: taste, seasoning, appearance, texture as well as the originality of the dish, plate presentation and teamwork. The winning team is awarded a special prize, not to mention bragging rights in the office.
