Our Spring Small Plates Collection reflects our chefs’ inspiration from farmer’s markets around the globe. Upon arrival, your guests are welcomed with our complimentary antipasto platter of cheese, crackers, olives and salumi, and their choice of beverage. Your team will learn the latest cooking techniques, experiment with exotic ingredients, and prepare unforgettable dishes together using seasonal produce. We can accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. Aromas from the Mediterranean, Asia, South America, and more will fill the air!

All recipes have a vegetarian alternative except for Market Fish Ceviche and Baharat Spiced Beef.

We only cook with the best seasonal ingredients. Farmers are at the hand of Mother Nature and so are we. Growing seasons and availability change from year to year. Some menu ingredients are subject to change due to market availability.
