Scavenger Hunt + Cooking Class = Cooking With Cache!

Perfect for Holiday Corporate Gatherings

Seattle, WA: Parties That Cook®, the nation’s premier corporate team building event and private cooking party company, announces its newest event, Cooking With Cache. This event, likened to a hybrid of the Amazing Race! meets Top Chef is available now to book and perfectly timed for holiday corporate gatherings.

Parties That Cook, which recently added Seattle to its San Francisco and Chicago offices, partnered with ex-Microsoft executive John Chen, whose company, Playtime, supplies the Geoteaming half of the high-energy, four-hour Cooking With Cache event. Teams compete to get the most points on the global positioning system-directed hunt and then redeem their “cache” for advantages in a cooking competition when they return to the kitchen to cook with Parties That Cook chefs. Prizes are awarded to the winning team based on their success in the field and in the kitchen. “Cooking With Cache is the ideal team building event for those looking for something different, something adventurous and with a competitive edge,” said Parties That Cook Founder and Executive Chef Bibby Gignilliat. “It’s perfect for young tech companies, as well as large corporations that want to invigorate their workforces.”

The first company to try the new Cooking With Cache was Bloodsource in San Francisco on Sept. 17. Chen’s team flew down and set up the course for the scavenger hunt portion. Bloodsource’s Jennifer Griffith gave enthusiastic feedback on the experience. “The best part was seeing the teamwork–and some competitive spirit–come out in everyone, and to have the opportunity to get out of the office and celebrate in such a fun way,” she said. “It was so fun to have a two-part event; it made the event seem much longer and the fun just continued!”
