Parties That Cook announces the return of popular beer tasting and hands-on cooking class in Chicago.
Chicago, IL June 19, 2012 - Award-winning culinary events company, Parties That Cook®, announced a new date for Brews & Bites, a cooking class for singles and couples. The evening features a menu of international small plates, each paired with a beer tasting from local brewery, Revolution Brewing. No prior cooking experience is required to attend. The class includes an engaging culinary demonstration, a hands-on cooking session with guidance from professional chefs, a gourmet meal prepared by guests, and samples of each of 5 Revolution Brewing beers. Attendees receive digital photos and copies of the recipes post-event.
During the event, guests are divided into teams to work on recipes from a seasonal menu of Sumptuous Small Plates while sampling beer and listening to lively music. A representative from Revolution Brewing will be on hand to lead an informal tasting of 5 beers. Once the cooking portion is over, the group savors their culinary creations together. Brews & Bites brings beer fans and foodies together over a hot stove, and offers an opportunity for them to enjoy a delicious meal while learning about local beers and making new friends.
