San Francisco, CA October 31, 2013 – For the first time, Parties That Cook ranks on the list of the 100 Top Women-Owned Businesses in the Bay Area. The prestigious annual ranking by the San Francisco Business Times, in partnership with Wells Fargo, is based on fiscal year 2012 company-wide net revenue. To qualify, companies must be headquartered in the counties of San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, Alameda, and Contra Costa, or the city of Palo Alto. Companies must also be at least 51 percent women-owned.

2012 Company-wide revenue earns Parties That Cook a spot among the Bay Area’s biggest women-owned companies.

San Francisco, CA October 31, 2013 – For the first time, Parties That Cook ranks on the list of the 100 Top Women-Owned Businesses in the Bay Area. The prestigious annual ranking by the San Francisco Business Times, in partnership with Wells Fargo, is based on fiscal year 2012 company-wide net revenue. To qualify, companies must be headquartered in the counties of San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, Alameda, and Contra Costa, or the city of Palo Alto. Companies must also be at least 51 percent women-owned.

According to Researcher, Julia Cooper, the 2012 revenue generated by the top 100 Bay Area women-owned businesses totaled $2.9 billion. Parties That Cook reported revenue of $2,125,000 for that year, earning the company slot 95 on the list. Additionally, Cooper found that a whopping 49 companies, almost half the list, are 100 percent women-owned.
