San Francisco,Calif.—January 27, 2010—Award-winning culinary events company Parties That Cook® today announced new dates for its upcoming Valentine's Day cooking class parties at The Drawing Room at Volterra Restaurant and Efeste Winery in the Seattle area. Tickets are now available for Gourmet Dating, a singles course, as well as the Couples Wine Tasting and Cooking Class. No cooking experience is required for participants, and each event includes an expert culinary demonstration, an interactive cooking session with guidance from professional chefs and a gourmet meal, followed by digital photos and copies of the recipes post-event.
During events, guests are broken into teams to work on a recipe from the evening's Sumptuous Small Plates menu while sipping wine and listening to lively music. After the cooking portion, the group savors their culinary creations together. For Gourmet Dating, eligible bachelors and bachelorettes have a chance to mixand mingle, and potentially make a match. After their event, an email list and photos are sent out to guests so they can connect if interested. The Couples Wine Tasting and Cooking Class starts with a private wine tasting, then unites couples over a hot stove, offering an opportunity for them to bond and enjoy adelicious meal while making new friends.
