San Francisco, Calif.—January 27, 2010—Award-winning culinary events company Parties That Cook® today announced new dates for its upcoming Valentine's Day cooking class parties at Charlie Bagg's in the Belden Stratford Hotel in Chicago. Tickets are now available for Gourmet Dating, a singles class, as well as Date Night, a course for couples. No cooking experience is required for participants, and each class includes an expertculinary demonstration, an interactive cooking session with guidance from professional chefs and a gourmet meal, followed by digital photos and copies of the recipes post-event.

During events, guests are broken into teams to work on a recipe from the evening's Sumptuous Small Plates menu while sipping wine and listening to lively music. After the cooking portion, the group savors their culinary creations together. For Gourmet Dating, eligible bachelors and bachelorettes have a chance to mix and mingle, and potentially make a match. After their event, an email list and photos are sent out to guests so they can connect if interested.
