Chicago, IL—May 12, 2010—Award-winning culinary events company Parties ThatCook® today announced a new cooking class for singles. Eligible singles have a chance to mix and mingle, and potentially make a match. Each class includes a lively culinary demonstration, an interactive cooking class with guidance from professional chefs and a gourmet meal. Guestsare broken into co-ed teams to work on a recipe from the evening's Sumptuous Small Plates menu while sipping wine and listening to upbeat music. Once the  meal is prepared, the group savors their culinary creations together. After theevent, an email list and photos of the event are sent out to guests so they can get together if a match is made!
