Parties That Cook has overhauled corporate team building exercises to involve fewer white boards and obstacle courses and more zesting and dicing.
By the close of this year, the San Francisco-based cooking class company is expected to hit $2.45 million in revenue in 2011, nearly 150 percent growth over 2009’s numbers. The company also plans to ramp up to a full headcount: Parties That Cook is hiring two office positions and 15-20 event staffers at its locations in San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago and Portland.
