If your brown-bag lunch is giving you the blues, shake up your noontime break with CUESA (Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture) and Parties That Cook's Lunch Hour Chef Summer Series. In a hands-on lesson, you'll make your own gourmet sandwich and salad using only hand-picked ingredients from the Ferry Building Farmers' Market. This week, you'll whip up a grilled chicken sandwich with marinated artichokes and lemon hummus, as well as an arugula salad with oh-so-juicy grilled peaches. Aug. 1, 8, and 22, 12-1 PM, $25.
