The class will include wine tasting featuring select wines from the Wine Outlet’s extensive inventory, as well as an upbeat hands-on cooking class where guests learn to prepare an array of delicious gourmet appetizers.

Richard Kinssies, owner of The Wine Outlet, will lead guests through the origins, flavors and tasting profiles of wines from around the world. Kinssies has been a wine journalist since 1976, and, as the founder and director of the Seattle Wine School, is an experienced wine educator.

After the wine tasting, guests join Parties That Cook’s professionally trained chefs for a lively introductory cooking lesson featuring tips and tricks that apply to the evening’s menu of international appetizers.
