At this workshop, Executive Business Coach Starla Sireno will show your group how to master consultative communication techniques, addressing topics such as how to determine clients' needs and how to create solutions that meet or exceed them. It is up to the guests to use these points to their advantage during the kitchen challenge.
In this challenge, chefs will play the role as the customers and the final judges. The group members will learn cooking tips and tricks to use while preparing their dishes and be broken into teams that each must determine its customer's needs and preferences. The teams will then have one hour to prepare and present a delicious meal that fits their customers' criteria. In the end, guests will relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor as Starla summarizes the outcome for each team.
