The Rising Star award is given to an exceptional business woman, who has exhibited outstanding leadership and shows dedication to the future of the business community. After founding Parties That Cook in 2006, Bibby expanded the business from a small, home-run operation into a multi-city corporation specializing in corporate team building and private parties with a culinary twist.
